Status update on the 310 Kingston development?

Are you wondering what happened to the "310 Kingston" development? Here's an update just in from the assigned senior planner in the Town of Ajax Planning Department:

"There have been discussions regarding construction management between the applicant and the Region, considering the BRT works will be commencing soon. The applicant still needs to address several technical matters before permits/approvals will be issued by the Town. I know the applicant still hopes to commence construction later this year; however, this is contingent on the timing of their re-submission / addressing all outstanding comments and staff's review of such." So we get to enjoy the woodlot for a bit longer....NICE!
