The volume of westbound traffic on Kingston Rd during the morning rush and at all times eastbound vehicles booting-it down the hill after the Walmart traffic lights, make exit from Wicks or Galea into westbound Kingston Rd precarious. As well, cyclist and hikers using the Carruthers Creek Trail have no nearby safe Kingston Rd crossing between the north and south trail sections.
