Residents Want More Input about Tower Proposal

Several residents spoke out strongly against the 310 Kingston Rd E 25-story rental apartment tower proposal at the virtual Public Open House convened by Ajax Planning last night. At the conclusion, given the extensive adverse impacts this proposal represents, not least on our neighbourhood, we've asked for more than the regulated Public Open Houses about it.

We also learned there's still some way to go before Council will rule on it. So there is time for more public consultation before decisions are made, if the Planning Dept and councillors have the will to do it.
