Stoop & Scoop - but DON'T toss the bag in Park!

Most of us dog owners are thoughtful, doing the right thing stooping & scooping and disposing of the bag in a litter bin or our garbage. But then there's a few you just can't fathom. How can they rationalize doing the stoop & scoop thing then tossing the bag into Miles Park soccer field! So sad.

I cleaned up 5 bags today and repeated our requested of the Town Works Department to install an additional public litter bin where the Carruthers Trail terminates at Chambers Dr E. Maybe a convenient Litter Bin would help.
